HOW WE FINANCE OURSELVES – DONATIONS
It is a Buddhist tradition that monks and nuns are supported by donations. For millennia, monks and nuns have taught and lived the Dharma and have in turn been supported by the population through donations. Generosity (dana) is an integral part of Buddhist practice. Our Miao Fa Centre continues this Buddhist principle. Everyone should have the opportunity to join us, therefore all activities are free of charge. With your donation, you will be supporting the development and maintenance of the Center and the monks and nuns living there, as well as all the activities we offer.
