Participants can progressively learn knowledge about Buddhist teachings and their application in everyday life. Shifu helps you to look at your situation from a Buddhist perspective, thus finding new ways to solve problems.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monkchat<\/h2>\n\n<p>In a monk chat we have tea together in an informal setting and ask Shifu questions about Buddhism or meditation. Participants can also share their insights.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/new.miao-fa.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Monk-Chat-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-575\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chinese Chanting<\/h2>\n\n<p>In Asia, it is widespread to chant sutras (Buddha&#8217;s teachings) and other liturgical texts. We regularly offer chanting in Chinese, which everyone can participate in and be inspired by the sounds.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">One-Day Retreat<\/h2>\n\n<p>For more advanced practitioners we offer a whole day of meditation, a retreat.
